You can regulate, reset, and return to yourself with regular support for the body and nervous system through consistent practice. Your intention and your goals are yours, we are here to hold and guide in this space for you.
Each of our classes are guided with expertise and precision supporting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual alignment while calming and stabilizing all of the internal systems.
In addition to our weekly in person and virtual classes, Sue and Maggie offer mandira rituals and kits and guidance to embody your intentions, deepen your practice, co-create manifestations and so much more.
